Kosmos

"Kosmos" is a plottable generative art series that uses radial lines emanating from a point as its foundational element. These sets of radial lines are repeated in each iteration with brief separations within the sets and adjustments to the length of the radial lines, creating variations in density, overlaps, and positional changes that produce subtle hues of a single color.

The series derives its name from the ancient Greek concept of kosmos, which signifies 'order' and implies a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing arrangement of parts within organic systems. The radial lines in "Kosmos" symbolize the expansive and contracting cosmos. The concept of microcosmic and macrocosmic worlds suggests a universal similarity in patterns or structures from the smallest to the largest scale.
